Electricity Load Shedding Information

CITY OF CAPE TOWN : This website has been created as a means to inform consumers of planned electricity outages.
Sigh ... I hate having to go into a link to find out what it's about.

Those are supposedly unplanned power outages, not scheduled load shedding.

But quite a big difference in cause:

Western Cape: Not enough power stations.
Rest of country: Sh*tty municipal electricity infrastructure.
