unable to receive emails from hotmail

I have a reseller hosting package and one of my clients are unable to receive emails from hotmail email addresses.

When sending from hotmail you just get a bounce back message:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed."

All other emails come in fine. Any idea's?

Sounds like the mail server responsible for hosting your client's domain is blocking hotmail.

Are there any other details below the lines "Delivery to the following recipients failed." - ie an error number?

nope. no error number, thats all the mail said.

is there anything i can do via whm? The quickest solution i can see is switching them to google apps

ask your host to check mail server logs, they should be able to resolve or advise.
