Hi All,

I am stuck.

We moved our hosting over to afrihost and are running magento. Since our contact form has been having issues. The only thing I can think of is due to the mailserver outgoing having changed but cannot seem to get it fixed.

If anyone here is willing to help or know possible problems please help!

Thanks!

ps. I am getting this error: "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later"

I'd love to help. Can you PM me some more detail? I'll get one of our gurus to take a look and see if we can offer some suggestions :)

How does it send email? Is Afrihost handling your email for you, or an outside MX?
If it's an outside MX (Google Apps for example), you need to ask Afrihost to disable mail for the domain.

it only seems to be doing it for .com emails, I am also unable to create a new account on the web store if I use a .com domain email address.

Somewhere in an upgrade this was caused as it used to work.

wohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Got it working,

If anyone has this problem in future do this:

"The quickest way to fix this is to copy ./lib/Zend/Validate/Hostname/De.php TO ./lib/Zend/Validate/Hostname/Com.php and editing the file contents, so the class name is as follows:

class Zend_Validate_Hostname_Com implements Zend_Validate_Hostname_Interface "

Nice one! Thanks for posting the solution, will definitely put anyone else onto this who's having this issue.
