simple form that emails results but all in one file

Hi All,

Ok I am a noob :(

I want to create a form with various fields that will email the results. But i dont want the form to have to call a seperate php file. I would also like it to revert to a success page or a error page.

Anyone help pls?

I will add and edit fields etc if you can just get me started.
 
you can put it all in one file if you like... then just make it post to itself.. simple..
