Ok, it started yesterday; for 3 seconds I'll feel something in my head twitch, and then then I feel like falling, it happened maybe 10 times yesterday afternoon when I was with and walking with my gf. All of a sudden I get it, then balance myself not to fall, and then dizziness for a minute, and now it's currently occurring, at least I'm on my bed. Unpleasant.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of regular exercise, and anxieties.

Anyone experienced it?

... see a doctor.

Can be anything. It can also be an ear infection affecting your balance etc.

Best to see a doctor as soon as possible.

high or low blood pressure ??

If there's a twitch in your head, we would like the know the circumstances or the context.

Have you been playing computer games for an extended period of time or maybe have watched TV for a long period.

... in which case ... see a doctor.

I don't want to mention the E-word.

I'm going to the doctor on Friday. There was one time yesterday I would've fallen to the ground had I not been sitting down.

*I'm not a doctor*

Ear infection was my first thought but then your ears should be sore.

When I started going to gym several years ago I had serious dizziness and sometime nausea (but no twitch). A doctor recommended that I drink an energy drink before gym and that solved it. After a while I stopped having the drink was fine. He said it was blood pressure / sugar related.

dehyrdation or low blood-sugar/iron-levels. alternatively excessive illegal substance abuse (if you also have a running nose, it might be that )

I don't drink though. I've had ear problems since age 15 where it feels like there's liquid in them and keep rubbing them.

Could be a number of things. I'd agree with the others though...not a forum DIY medical issue this. Better get it checked out by someone not armed with a keyboard.

Can be various issues.....
Ear problems - had a bad middle ear infection once that was not sore, but could not stand unassisted for a few days.
Blood pressure
epilepsy
Are just a few.

See a doctor asap.

could be something with your ears/nasal passages/canals (say this as I just took my wife to the hospital for an operation to fix her nasal canals going to her ears and she had similar issues) but see a doctor, it could also be anything from the start of a stroke to "the E word", may just be low blood sugar.

I'd say you have a blood pressure problem. Go to a pharmacy and ask them to check your BP for you.

The brain doesn't have nerve receptors so technically you can't feel something in your head twitch. There's also no moving parts there that can twitch. If it's at the base of the skull that's called old age :p or if it's more like a crackling or whoosh sound it's most likely fluid in the middle ear which would explain the dizziness. Best to avoid any exercise or strenuous activity though until a doctor can rule out something more serious like aneurysm and don't drive.
