Calls to Destroy Egypt’s Great Pyramids Begin

According to several reports in the Arabic media, prominent Muslim clerics have begun to call for the demolition of Egypt’s Great Pyramids—or, in the words of Saudi Sheikh Ali bin Said al-Rabi‘i, those “symbols of paganism,” which Egypt’s Salafi party has long planned to cover with wax. Most recently, Bahrain’s “Sheikh of Sunni Sheikhs” and President of National Unity, Abd al-Latif al-Mahmoud, called on Egypt’s new president, Muhammad Morsi, to “destroy the Pyramids and accomplish what the Sahabi Amr bin al-As could not.”

I agree with them, the pyramids are the most evil thing in the world currently and there is nothing else better we could be doing for people other than destory such perverted and corrupt symbol.

Your sig, "Properly read, the Bible is the most potent force for atheism ever conceived", is the ultimate goal of the ones responsible for the current translations much like how some muslims misinterpret the Quran.

So for you sir It would be wise to find and read the original translations even if you have to learn hebrew and greek then only can you claim to know anything about the bible.

I fail to see how this and Shariah Law supporters are linked ? Or are you that Ignorant ? I for example am Muslim and by that definition I follow Shariah Law , I dont support extremist Idiology though which is what this is. Everytime a group of people do something and they happen to be be Muslim then its Islam. Thats stupid , Shariah law does not say we must destroy the Temples , its these peoples warped interpretation of it.

PS - my mom , my dad , my wife and kids are all Muslim , are you saying that they must all die ?

There is no such thing as strict or non strict Shariah Law , there is only Shariah Law. What you are referring to is peoples interpretation of the law.

So you are saying if I support Shariah Law , my 2 sons , Daughter , wife , parents and brothers must be slaughtered ? And you say I am barbaric ?
