Ernie Els won The Open championship!

This was unexpected and a pleasure to watch. You have to feel for Adam Scott, but great to see Ernie at the top.
 
Really unexpected. Els is not the greatest final day golfer. I even put my jinx on in a another thread to make Scott choke (as he has done many times before).

Awesome saffa stuff! Scott is actually ok for an Aussie, can't help to feel for him.

Congrats to Ernie, as a golf lover he never won the Open, Adam Scott lost it. If it wasn't Ernie it could've been anyone else. Seems like the 4th day caught everyone out

Twas also brilliant to see an Aussie choke :D
 
You cannot choke in golf, only make a nervous error in judgement. ;)
