It is not like anything would happen even if they arrived on time. South African police normally contaminate the crime scene upon arrival anyway due to total incompetence. Then if by some miracle the case even arrives at court most of the witnesses would have been intimated or murdered by then. Or else the cops would have accepted a bribe to conveniently lose the docket.

I could go on and on but then it is best to follow the advice of the honourable minister...Stop moaning or leave the country!
 
Some of the cops try realy very very hard let me tell you that,but the backup they get from their bosses is next to nothing.
