- Register a domain with Uniforum.
- Host a site somewhere dodge with generated text and plenty of outbound links to a variety of other dodgy sites.
- Add it to all the search engines - or link to it from indexed sites.
- Do not pay for you domain.
- After 4 months, your domain will be suspended for lack of payment, remove the NS records and repeat step 1.
I mean seriously Uniforum? Have a look at these (looks to be from the same person, mostly hosted in DE with NS in RU):

And plenty more.
Why not suspend a newly registered domain until it is paid? Why do you allow crap in our tld? And why haven't you improved the registration process since 1998?
We really do suck at securing our sites, and stopping Mother Russia et al from filling our sites up with junk.
