Apple get told-off in court

Apple may not be smoking crack, but they are seriously mentally ill.
 
Apple's lawyers did this on purpose to create an impression with the jury ... they knew what the judge would do. Creates the impression Apple's evidence far outweighs that of Samsung with so many witnesses. All about perceptions.
 
*waits for the a-brigade to come defend apple's crack addiction...because it's not about how bad crack is, but rather about how everyone, allegedly, is copying their method of smoking it* :rolleyes: :p

I agree. It is definately all about perception, but a clever move as well.

If these witnesses do not take the stand and the ruling is in favour of Samsung, there is a huge door open for an appeal.... and probably a retrial.
 
Long overdue .. Apple should have been smacked in the head with a brick in a boot for their legal sillyness a long long time ago.

Gotta be a seriously delusional fanboi to still have any respect for this pos company.

I personally think that Judge Koh is bias against Samsung most of the time. She banned the galaxy nexus from sales in the US? Why? The nexus looks nothing like the iPhone and doesn't even use touchwiz. It should have no Samsung related Beef with Apple.

Samsung also got their asses handed to them in court...

They wasted time from what I can see.
