Big concerts is making an announcement on monday, the general talk is that chilli peppers are coming but you never know.

Actually Bieber hinted that he will be coming to SA, but the rumor for RHCP has been going on since the beginning of this year. Apparently the head of Big Concerts SA was in talks with RHCP management sometime in January.
