1st man on the Moon, Neil Armstrong, dies at 82

This is in the wrong section, should be in current affairs and not IT news.

My childhood hero. Along with Buzz Aldrin, they inspired many a lego project.

I struggle to think of any modern personalities that demonstrated the same level of bravery in the face of the unknown.

Wow I didn't know most of that, the world is definitely poorer for his loss.

Wow. Sad to hear this, I was. Sincere condolences to his family. He was a true pioneer.

Wait I thought there was another thread for this?

Anyway, RIP Neil. Didn't really consider it while he lived, but he truly was a great man. Condolences to his family as well. :(

What he and other space venturers have done, dwarves almost all other physical endeavours attempted by man.

Pity that we pay dip**** sportsmen (in our capitalist society) far more money than these fine people.

Did you just quote yourself to repeat your own post? How drunk are you?
