Reporting cell company to CPA

How does one go about reporting a cellphone company to the CPA. Is there a website or callcentre, etc?
 
Well the Act is a document so it's going to be pretty hard for a piece of legislation to listen to your query

Cell C keep on debiting my bank account even though I cancelled and paid it up in full last year. I have made many complaints and they acknowledged the fact that they owe me money but it never goes any further than that.

Open a case of theft and send them the case number? Ought to sort it out.
