iPhone 5 & LTE in South Africa

Will it work or not when we get LTE (Whenever that may be)?
 
Who knows? They're still fighting over what part of the spectrum our LTE will end up using. Knowing South Africans, it will be some obscure frequency that absolutely nobody designs hardware for.
 
Expect LTE to be available in ZA about the same time-frame as the iPhone 10 ...
 
iphone5 should cover all of our local LTE bands, so Bands 3(DCS 1800),5(CDMA 850) and 7(2600)
