Hi

I placed an order for an ADSL account with Webafrica.co.za today and had it activated within a few minutes after making a payment. Their customer service is great. Cancelled my Mweb ADSL account today, eventhough I was an Mweb customer for 8 years Mweb didn't seem all too concerned that they were loosing what was once a loyal customer. Goodbye Mweb, Hello WebAfrica!
 
Just make sure u get a fax back from mweb saying ur account has been deleted , cos they have a nasty habbit of sending u a bill 3 months down the line.

Exactly what I was doing to say ! Get confirmation as Jarrod says. They did the same to me :mad:
