Large parts of it are not German. Sounds like Russian. In fact I think everything but the chorus is Russian.

Plus the "Shiggy Shiggy Schweine" part...which should actually read "Schicke Schicke Schweine", meaning fancy fancy pigs. Unless Shiggy has some Russian meaning that I'm unaware of.:erm:

Her German is pretty good though for a foreigner...

Gotta love that part where the pig stamps the papers with its nose though. Hilarious.

Dude I'm German & I don't even know wtf is going on there.

Broadly speaking though, the Russians are not big fan of the Germans. They had a really rough time during WW2. Its sorta burned into their collective consciousness, so the nazi pigs angle does sound distinctly plausible.
