Repeat of the World Cup FInal 98. Can France do it again? I dont think so...

Kickoff 9PM SA Time. Saturday July 1
 
I'm neutral on this one...I also don't think France can repeat '98 but if Henry has a good day at the office then anything can happen. I'm not prepared to bet on this one..could easily swing either way.
 
All the teams I've supported in this world cup are out. Last chance now...supporting brazil coz they are a team who play soccer with passion. Go brazil!
 
Now that England are out i think Brazil will take it again. Final against Germany...
 
Indeed, they started slowly, but could be peaking at the right time. I still think Brazil will be far too strong for them tonight...
 
Brazil is over-rated...they have really good moments and they play for the love of the game and all that and theres no denying they have superb talent but matches like the one they had against Ghana in the last 16 makes you think twice about them.

You think so? I know Ghana's finishing was poor, but i always get the feeling that Brazil only play as well as they have to...I mean, this will be their fourth World Cup final in row, if they make it! :eek:
 
Yeah i agree it's an impressive record but I wanna see some fresh teams progressing...if only Ghana had taken their chances in that match.

True that! Sick to death of Brazil winning the whole time, but they play attractive football, they give their all and they play witha smile on their face the whole time so it is hard to condemn them!
 
Go France, go! Playing well against these over-rated chumps!! THIS is the way to "protect" a lead... by attacking!

Not that I like France... ze Germans will goose-step over them if they make it past Portugal.

um i dont think a team winning all the time makes them overated. it makes them dangerous.
 
Well it seems like for some reason, Brazil just cannot beat France whenever they meet.
 
I would love to have been there to consolidate some of those fine Brazilian chics right now :)

France played well. k_ka was nowhere well marshalled they had nothing in midfield.
