I want a big Lan in PMB for Xmas

I want to hold a big Lan event @ xmas time in Pietermaritzburg.

I was wondering how many people is too many before your network just fizzles and dies?
I was also wondering who are the right people too talk too to organise an event like this?

If anyones knows the right peeps too talk too , or you are the right person drop me a PM with your details I'll contact you as soon as possible.

As far as people go.... 14 - 24 or so... anymore above 50 and it gets a bit hectic. with switched hubs and stuff, ur network fizzling out isnt a problem. Venue is the bigger problem, unless u dont mind people in every room of ur house.
 
I was thinking more like a bit of everything , some strat(Dota) games some FPS(Css,Cod,BF2)and some Racing(NFS , Toca 3 World Racing 2,Maybe Moto Gp 4).
And maybe even a dance comp and singstar rockstar comp for the girlies coz they apart from a few fraggers never have fun at a Lan.

i can bring 2 wirelss ap's and a dedicated bf2 server!

Howzit guys i heard u guys wanted lans in pmb so myself and my partners are gonna start hosting a major lan from next year, but before hand i would like to do a survey on how many people would actually pitch, we are trying for 200 people so spread the word and contact me by [email protected] the website will be up soon at www.zerodefiancelan.za.net so keep checking ;) anyhows will get in touch later !
