Hifi Corp website lists Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga13 . No pricing

While taking a look at my Twitter account I saw that Hifi Corp were announcing that they have got a brand spanking new website.

I always visit their website for info on the gadgets available and just for price comparisons if I am not buying there.

So, I clicked the link notifying us of their new website and the first thing that popped up on the website is the image below.



Pricing will be interesting and I cannot wait to see where the other Win8 hybrid/convertible devices will turn up and at what price.

There are still devices from Acer, Dell, Samsung and Huawei and ZTE that still need to show up. I am quite sure we will be seeing them advertised on SA outlet websites and in leaflets before 26 October.

This one is not for me. It doesn't look too practical. The fact that you put the keyboard side flat onto the desk doesn't settle well with me.

The best I've seen is the Samsung Smart PC. A hybrid laptop / tablet with a 11.6" screen. The only thing missing for me is an ethernet port. At US$649 with docking station/keyboard the price is also a bit scary.
