How the bleep do you buy a digital download??

I am trying to get a digital download from https://buy.guildwars2.com/en/
BUT
Firstly, South africa is not in the list of countries... Not sure of what country i need to choose.
Secondly, Every payment type (cc and paypal) dont seem to work.
What am i doing wrong?
 
Not? SA is automatically selected when I open the page.
Can't speak as to the payment method.
 
Mine is also auto selected. I also remember when i first bought a copy before release, i also had a problem. I remember i for some reason could not select anything, and i think i used the arrow keys to move through all the options. Though i don't think that is much help for you.
 
Try to buy at some other store. I recommend http://www.go2arena.com/ There is a lot of positive opinions about this store. I always buy game keys there and never had any problems with my order.
