Free / Busy time on iPad and iPhone

We use Exchange server at the office to manage our corporate calendars and with Outlook (for mac in my case) and it works great.

I can see the availability of my colleagues before booking meetings with clients, so we avoid making double bookings.

I would love to be able to do the same with my iPad or iPhone when I am on site at a customer's site, but I can't find a way to see the availability of my colleagues using any other tool than Outlook (mac or windows).

Has anyone found a workaround / app or other solution to this?
 
If I'm not mistaken your email will be via MS Exchange, and your calendar from Outlook should be attached to that. So if you went into setting under mail, contacts and calendar and either changed your calendar setting or turned calendar sharing on you should be good to go?

Thanks for the suggestion, but that does not do the trick. I have already tried that option :-(
