OK,
So I know this question has been asked way to many times & most of the answers relate back to Linux, however I'm going to ask it again by explaining the setup 1st.
On my home network I have multiple wireless devices (4 Laptops, Apple Mac, 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, 2 Blackberries, 4 iPods). I also have 3 Wifi Routers configured at 10.0.0.2, ..3, ..4 submask 255.255.254.0 with same SSID on different channels. My HTPC machine has 2 network cards in it 10.0.0.32 & disabled.
The HTPC is running Win7 Ultimate (64bit) with DNSPlus as a DNS Cache server & DHCP Server. All IP's assigned by the DHCP is 10.0.1.*. I also ha 2 HP printers connected via CAT5 (10.0.0.50 & 51) & CCTV systems (10.0.0.10).
The gateway for all these devices are 10.0.0.32, so all traffic routes through the HTPC machine before going to the internet. And works well.
Currently I have NetWorx installed on the HTPC machine, that records all traffic going through the gateway. The problem is that currently it does not show me which ip address is putting through what. I would like to record this by ip address.
I can not install software on the clients as most of these clients are smartphones & i-devices. My end purpose of this would be to pass all internal traffic through 1st NIC on the HTPC and the external traffic through 2nd NIC while recording all bandwidth thats internal & external separately.
This needs to be on Win7 as I cant move this machine over onto a Linux platform due to some software installed on it.
1) Does anybody know how to set route on this machine for NIC 1 & NIC 2.
2) Does anybody know of software that I can install to monitor the bandwidth per IP (separating Internal & external)
