EASSY members agree to hybrid SPV

It's amazing the amount of rubbish that goes along with building an undersea cable. The greed and self-fulfillment levels are sickening.
 
A Task Force has been set up representing the three main parties involved and it will be this group that will have to try and overcome “the devil in the details”.

America gets to Mars with less. Now I wonder - how did 'they' manage to build thousands of cables around the world - with this kind of bartering - no wonder nothing ever gets done. Cookie anyone?
