Germans unhappy with TV tax for mobiles and PCs - What about SA

SA law says that you only need a TV licence if you own a TV Tuner. So if your TV has a TV Tuner (And almost all do, but many new plasma's and LCD do not have a tuner, so you dont need a licence for them) or if your computer or cellphone has a TV tuner in it, then you need a licence. There are no tv tuners for cellphones that I know of. DVB-T chips will be in future cellphones, but this doesn't count as a tuner as it picks up a digital signal
