Contavention of ECT act ? (Fury about crime fuels vigilantism)

Interesting question. I'm tempted to say that the ANC flouts the law whenever it suits them, but I think you'll find that you can encrypt something as long as the GOVERNMENT can decrypt it. Why don't they just jam the signals - or maybe there's a law preventing that too?
 
yup, i think jamming signals = icasa give you a fine.. would be useful to do it though in movies, lecture theaters etc
