So you guys who are taking this Local only account, what do you use to browse internationally?!

The 30GB local only package sounds very interesting. What I would like to know about though is the time period between ip resets. I have a standard SAIX 3GB account and the 24 hour rests are a bit of a pain, but much better than the M-Web SAIX packages that reset every 6 hours - completely absurd!!

I want to set up a test server with dynamic dns that only needs local access, but I could do without the hassles of regular timeouts while waiting for DNS caches to update.

Would appreciate any one who uses OpenWeb/IS to give feedback.

U cant get away from the timeouts cos otherwise u could over shoot ur cap...
 
OK Thanks Guys. 24hrs is OK, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't any worse than that before I put my money on the table.

By the way, my Sentech MyWireless deal doesn't have resets. In fact they don't actually cap you, although if you go over their "soft cap" you get a phone call two weeks later. Reminds me of being a school kid - so sorry sir - then you go straight out and do it again.

Pity MyWireless is not much good for most of the stuff people around here want to do.
