Vodacom Talk 120 - Best Phone?

Hi all

What is the best phone to get on a Vodacom Talk 120 contract? It has to be Nokia and preferably spanky. I am looking at the N70 but I've heard some bad things about it. Any comments?
 
A colleague of mine has one and he is very happy with it. He had a 7250i before.
 
Apparently the n90 is available and from the 6th the nokia 9300 (?) will be available. Any thoughts?
 
I have heard good things about the 9300i, Not a bad phone, when compared against the 6680 though, it is 2nd choice.
N90 is the swivel phone innit? Personally dont like the phone myself (big phone and dont like the swivel idea) but I understand it has loads of features.

I myself am going for the N80 (very expensive on Voda - R2000+ - waiing or 18 Sept ;) ), maybe the Samsung Z560 (HSDPA).

Had the phone for 2 months now and no problems apart from Nokia puting the wrong upgrade software on it - but that has been sorted now. If you do any upgrades, do it via Vodacare and all will be OK.
As for the N90 has the exact same features as the N70 but the software allowss you to select a 3g only network which the N70 does not do (yet?) As said, it is a bit bulky but the camera is tops with the Karl Zeis lens. A mate of mine has one at work.
W.r.t. the N70, I totally luv the symbian software - IM via agile messenger, my biorythms and a host of other nice goodies you can load on it. I even have 2 novels on the memory card which I read via MobiReader.
It does not have WiFi though but is EDGE and 3G. The 9300 is not 3G but has WiFi - I think (also a bit bulky)

My upgrade is due tomorrow (Talk 120 - I might upgrade as my spending is to high), unfortunately the phone that I want is not available as yet.

Current order of merrit .......

1. i-Mate Jas Jam
2. N-93
3. Jas Jar
4. K-Jam
5. 9300i

Make me an offer I can't refuse......... or understand.
 
How about the Nokia 6233? Stainless Steel casing and (finally) descent battery life! Its just very hard to get at the moment from Cell Operators on contract - all on backorder.
 
At the end of the day, you can only make the correct choice if you know what you want from the phone. Different stroke for different folks. Go to a dealer. These days there are not really any bad phone. Find the one that suits your needs.
