Just discovered another screw up with Apple's MBP. When accessing a 2.4GHz Wireless network and using BT to connect to the Apple Magic Mouse, wifi speeds drop terribly. There is no software fix thus far. Only option is to use 5GHz network when using Magic Mouse with rMBP 15. Anyone else with a rMBP 15 have this issue? For me this issue occurs with Apple Extreme Base Station providing the n network.

just did a quick test on mine and my golly ur right!! played around with my AP at home and the rest on my laptop and when your on a 2.4ghz network and u have your magic mouse on i get half the throughput than on 5ghz!

good spotting!

And Mighty Mouse sucks with older Mac Pros. The BT is not wired correctly to the antenna and signal throughput is very weak. MM is useless with my Mac Pro, unless I'm 20cm from the tower.
