Charging is finishing 1 minute later

I putted on charge when the battery charge was empty. But the charge indicator stopped in a few minutes. it means the battery is full. but it happened only 1 minute later.

I pluged off my phone from AC.but the battery didnt charge. please help me .
 
Its a problem I also have from time to time. Just leave the phone on charge for +- 2 hours and it should be fully charged. Its just the software 'glitching'.
 
i am sorry my english is poor. what is "glitching". so my phone is fine ?
i planned send my phone to back for repairing. what i must do ?
 
Its up to you. Does it happen all the time or just once every so often?
Maybe having the software upgraded will help.
 
yes i know but i am searching a simple solution . because i sent my phone to the service and send me back 2 months later. so i am searching a solution :(

you could get a data cable download some kind of software to flash your phones hardware using dodgy software available online - but if i were you i would take it to your manufacturer or mobile provider.

Usually a software upgrade can happen as you wait.

dont think there is an easier solution
 
many thanks. i have a last question. i have "usb" data cable so is this making a diffrence .
 
The data cable makes no difference, it is only a feature of the phone. You should take the phone to your service provider and let them do a software upgrade, just like Ploempie and Halicon said. When your phone is fixed you can use the usb data cable to connect the phone to your computer :D
 
I would not advise you doing that, your warranty will expire and your phone may become unusable, we are not talking about adding a new battery :)
 
thanks i understood. i am thinking using my phone this condition. what is your advise ? does the phone damage this failure or battery explode

I would suggest the first thing to check is if the phone does the same thing on another charger, it could be the charger that is faulty, if it still does the same it is most likely a software problem. I haven't heard of people's batteries exploding yet, so I wouldn't worry about it. Do you live in South Africa, who is your service provider?
 
i will try on another charger. then it will show same faulty i will sen my phone to service provider. i live in istanbul . and my importer firm is "arena iletisim".
 
anyway i sent a message to them .i told this problem my message. i am waiting their reply .
