Does someone pay them to be there and therefore know from the paymaster the attendee numbers? I find this very suspect. 20,000 expected to join in woman’s day march in Pretoria? Why would they? Never had it before ever! I went half through the city and had to turn of at Soutpansberg road (my planned route, but it caught others unawares). From Soutpansberg road the entire Hamilton road into Church Street was parked with busses. Now we know if you bus someone in, there is a 3rd force behind it.
