Halo Movie - South African Director named!

Read this, this morning. Is it true ? Could it be ? I saw that "Alive in Joburg" clip he did and it was amazing. Well done !
 
so now we will get the Commander in Chief hijacking the enemy's spaceships? :p
 
And Master Chief won't have a metallic green suit with a gun - instead he will wear green animal hide and have a spear ! Then it will be a truly South African movie ! :)
 
For it to be truely South African, the movie must depict some or other tragic past history of our country. Most likely apartheid, or the Sowetan Uprising. And we wonder why none of our movies are ever noticed.

For it to be noticed it just has to not suck like 90% of South African films and telly do.

Backstage and Scandal are only, like, the 2 best shows EVER. And let's not forget about Egoli.

here i thought Supersport was the only valid SA channel... :p
 
Sorry BC that came out a bit ambiguously. I agree 90%+ of SA movies and TV suck badly. The only thing I can tolerate in small doses is "sorted".
