Telkom’s Internet too slow and too expensive?

Only access to the network is free. When it comes to Internet connectivity there are certainly costs involved :(

Thought as much. Went on to the Jawug site and they stipulate in no uncertain terms that they do not provide internet connectivity.

The article however came across in a way that could make some people believe that it will allow them free internet access (such as me).
