SNO signs Eskom and Transnet agreement

The SNO is on track to switch on international wholesale services at the end of August and enterprise services by the end of this year.

..........

Will ISP's be able to buy cheaper bandwidth from SNO for TelkomADSL lines.

If Telkoms' IP Connect product is so damn expensive, and they make it difficult for guys like IS to make a decent profit because of the small margins on that. How then can Telkom claim that international is so expensive?

Me-thinks Telkom's going to be readjusting international bandwidth costs very very soon! naturally Telkom will use the excuse that they have now supposedly (just) recoupe the investment in SAT3 and are able to dramatically reduce the cost... Yea Right!
