Just a quick q.

Vodacom/Mtn/Sentech/iBurst etc are punting "Mobile Broadband"

So how does this affect people using these service providers?

Free local access on Vodacom/Mtn/Sentech/iBurst etc

Or must we patition ICASA with regards to the other service providers?

iBurst, Sentech maybe.

Vodacom and MTN definitively no chance as you could then use a wifi phone to call for free using a voip service.
 
well, whether we use voip via local only is there prob - we must be getting local bandwidth free ....
 
i wonder what is vodacom's 3g broadband going to do about this situations?
