This is so so so unfair.:mad: Didnt white South Africans buy the land, I know they didnt pay a lot?
 
What is so unfair??

If you are a farmer who is refusing to sell back land in the reparation process, then you are not playing fair.

If you are a farmer who is asking a much higher price than the independent market related valuation and trying to make a quick buck, then you are not playing fair.

At some point the people who are not playing fair will have to be sidelined, the sale of land will be concluded and they will be paid a FAIR price.

This still does not come anywhere close to the land "reform" disaster in Zimbabwe.
 
My uncle lost a farm to a black but HE paid a LOT for it. Its so so unfair.

Problem is if yout farm is wort R3mil and tha ANC offer you R1.2mil is that now fair?

If it were me I would destroy the farm completely before letting it go... save some people some trouble.

Bet you would be saying something entirely different, if tomorrow someone walked into your house and told you that they're taking it away from you cause some wanker took it from it's rightful owner when your grandad frikie was a kid... after you've paid for it and put your whole life into making it your own.

Also a farm is not just a house it's the farmers livelyhood...

I think it's a sorry state of afairs that while people are being punished so harsly now for the the things that white rasist @ssH0les did so many years ago. It's really a total reversal of fortune, when is vengeance ever right?

I understand that these people are owed something, what happend was unfortunate and quite disgusting, but I don't see why me and my childerin have to pay for it.

The current South African government can #$@%^&&*(&(*&^%$# IMO!

That's ridiculous.

The property is valued independently by an assessor to find a fair price. To my knowledge there is still negotiating room (within reason) once this is has been done.

I was just wondering, if you are the new breed of political intellectual that the country is going to have, what do you have in mind that you want to see implemented in the future
