Hi all,

I have a four computers connected together with Ethernet cables using a Router.
i recently changed my dead Linksys WAG54G DSL Router with a Linksys WAG200G.
Since then, i am not able to connect to skype any more.
Skype says i might be behind a firewall...in fact i am but everything seems configured properly on that side. I checked my firewalls on each computer, everything seems fine, and skype is authorized in all of them.
(they are different on each computer: kerio, NVidia Firewall, windows XP Sp2 firewall)
I tried with port forwarding on port 24750 UDP and TCP to the local IP address of the computer i use for skype... It did not work.

Any idea?

I also changed my 54 for a 200, but did not have any problems. Nothing else on the router should block you, unless you defined so strange QoS services or protocols.

Also make sure that the new IP you gave the router is defined in your local (pc) firewall settings.

Each computer should use a different port for Skype and each of these ports needs to be forwarded by the router. Have you set them all up?
