Is customer care taking calls today?

I have been trying to get through to Vodacom Customer Care for 2 hours now. Are they taking any calls?
 
lol! Good way of putting it! One thing you might want to try is calling from a prepaid number, that worked for me in my past fiascos of trying to get hold of them.
 
uhm, ok, you got me. I honestly don't know. :)

Log a complaint on hellopeter.

That is 2 hours of your life you will never get back! :(
 
If you don't get thru on 111, try 082111. The rule I follow is if they don't pick up within 5 minutes, I call again. Often I get then thru virtually immediately. I don't think the queueing (what a horrible word to try and spell correctly) system doesn't work properly.
 
Looks like it - after a couple of minutes it said 'You request for a call back has been cancelled - please hold on for the next available operator ..." Phoned now and got through in under 5 minutes.
