A Dial 082131 or 072131 and the last 7 digits of your cellphone number Press 1 to interrupt the greeting You will be prompted to enter your mailbox password Enter your 4-8 digit password, followed by the hash key Should you not recall your mailbox password, try entering 1111, followed by the hash key or enter your PIN number followed by the hash key. Otherwise, please contact your Service Provider and request that your password be reset to the default password of 1111. Once you have access to your mailbox password, you will be able to retrieve your messages from a Telkom phone.
