Vodacom Customer Care?

I've been trying to get a person to talk to with Vodacom customer care 3 times today: 1st call, 16 min no luck, 2nd call 59min - got disconnected, 3rd call 38min no luck!
Didnt expenct this from Vodacom. Sounds more like you know who! Downloaded a 435kb mp3 for a only R30.00. What a bargain!:mad: Anybody else got probs with the 111 number?

I dialed 1082 today. After one call of 40 minutes, a second of 60 minutes I decided to use the call back service. They called back in under 15 minutes. My guess is that they've dedicated half the call center to calling you back, so it's actually faster as most poeple don't chose it.

Obviously not with Vodacom long then. The 'disconnected after xx minutes' is really a killer. I'd like to know how that happens so often with so many different people?
