The cheapest is www.12voip.com (http://www.12voip.com), they offer 300 free minutes/7days to telkom landlines and many other international destinations, also 30 free SMS's worldwide/7 days. They are way cheaper than skype or than any other voip provider which I know.

You then get 3 months of free calling to lots of places all round the world (including SOUTH AFRICA landline). - Calls limited to 300 mins a week though...

Another of the Betamax companies, www.nonoh.net is offering Voip calls to SA cell phones for 6 Euro cents per minute.

12voip is even worse on the cell calls R1.55, but I see that landline calls are free [with t's & c's of course].
