Real broadband (commercial) in SA, options?

If one needed say, 10mb broadband permanent connection here in SA, what options do you have? This would be for a private commercial venture, not a residential one. Say enough juice to give access to a 40 PC network, plus email services, update services, voice, remote wireless internet access, all in a compound of about 500m wide both ways.

Any options at all? Price is not really a factor.

Just went on a quick search on Telkom's site and came accross this: http://www.telkom.co.za/attheoffice/products/dis/index.html
Not sure if there are any other options, but this looks like the only or best offer i've seen. I imagine that it's very pricey, but it looks like the speeds are in the range that you are looking for.

10Mbps Telkom ATM Express link to the ISP of your choice ... you'd better warm up your wallet as the costs are going to be astronomical.

However if you're technically adventurous, you could load balance 3 x 4Mbps ADSL lines for a lot less.
