Enter Judy Grant, a self-employed consultant whose mission it is to help consumers bring Telkom to heel. Described as the Isabel Jones of the telecoms industry by some of her clients, Grant, who teaches dancing in her spare time, apparently has Telkom tap-dancing to her commands.

Grant began following up Telkom issues as a value-added service for her clients, but now has seen a market gap for individuals struggling to get telecoms services installed or activated.

Starting a business from Telkom's lack of customer service! :D

* Not sure if this the right place to post this :D *

Isabel Jones didn't get money from consumers, this Judy Grant calls herself a consultant and charges money for her "Telkom inside contacts" services. IMO this is corruption because she gets people to jump the installation queue.

It's ridiculous that it's now gotten to the point where consumers are paying people to fufill the rights they should never have lost in the first place?
Since when is that new? Lawyers do this all the time.

And... the last time I was in a whingeing lawyer's office to fix their PC, they complained about my R250 per hour to get them out of the poo when their entire system was stolen. I noticed they charged R345 per 15 minutes.

I emailed her for a quote for my dad's line, his been waiting for 7 months now for his dsl line
