Who didnt see this coming? They dont have a shortage of customers and if their assertion that the overwhelming majority of their customers use around half of their cap then they could afford to piss off the higher end users. An email sent to many Telkom ADSL subscribers is warning high-end users who consistently exceed their monthly cap that they may be blacklisted by TelkomInternet.
Too bad they're pretty much the only only ones offering it. IS has a plethora of problems and the other saix providers either dont have the subscriber base or the willingness to implement such a system. It's truly a sad state of affairs if Telkom thinks 10GB or more is 'high-end'.
What a bunch of amateurs.
Then the people who set these limits must have pretty uninteresting lives if life can be downloaded in such a short timedownload life - yeah right. Liars! (and proud of it.)
