Hi Peeps,

Have you guys heard of this deal?

I took and all I have a notebook that is not on spec of what was shown to me in documentation from the sales rep. I took this matter futher and all I get is "We are sorry about the inconvenience however, we can not supply you with the notebook (http://poradnik.telewizor.eu/naprawa-laptopa.html) that was prommised to you on the document as it will cost us 4000 to 5000 excluding vat. The only avenue left is for you to cancel the contract and we will carry all the costs of this." I think these guys needs to be taught some customer care.

Only thing you can do is demand a full refund. And let everyone know they engage in bait and switch. Perhaps a posting on Hellopeter. If this is an MTN deal make a complaint to MTN as well.

I havn't paid a cent as yet because I didn't activate my sim cards yet. Isn't this like false advertising or something?

Yes it is - lodge a complaint at the ASA's site and let them follow it up - they don't like this kind of thing.

Some feedback. I had a chat with the COO of the company and he is going to listen to the call logs from yesterday and follow up on what is going on. He will then get back to me. Let's see what happens now.

One last update for you guys. iTalk desided to send me more ram for my notebook instead of the notebook with the correct graphics card. I'm wondering how long it's gonna take for them to get the memory to me.
