Forgot account login password

Hi All!

I'v played BF2 so long time ago... That the other day when I wanted to install it on my computer I couldn't remember my password.

So I went to the place where it said "forgot password" to retrieve it and once i recieved it in my e-mail I had nothing only a link to ea.com website tried also there etc same response.

Did this happen to anyone lately and what is the iesiest way to resolve this problem?
