ICASA is not a regulator but a cookie jar for ex government/government related institition employees to enrich themselves before entering the private sector.

Well Paris Mashile comment about no proof that teleskum's pricing too high just shows their incompetantance!!!

I say we start a terriost act of our own... blow up all those who stands with teleskum!
 
stepping on Telkom's toes

I believe that this investigation is the result of ICASA stepping on Telkom's toes.
 
Most likely this is happening at all of these organizations, these investigations should be carried out at any org. that grant tenders etc
 
Why do THEY always have to steal and bugger up everything. I'm so sick of them. I really am. Probably the reason why nothing is happening...same can be said about our government.

Time to disband ICASA and open up the market completely. Enough of their incompetence here's all the proof that's been accumulating over the years of them doing ABSOLUTELY nothing about telecoms PRICES.
 
with Telkom robbing and Icasa stealing, this country needs a lot of blessing indeed!
