Hi there guys. I spoke to Carmen at Virgin Mobile and she said is fine if I made their contact information available to you guys on the MYADSL forum.

I will still assist you guys if you want but unfortunately it's not a pleasure anymore due to the fact that some of the guys on the forum, Skeptik, etc... are not happy with the service they get from Virgin Mobile now they take it out on me.

I e-mailed the Virgin Mobile Sort Me Out Centre, trying to convince them to send a representative to check out this forum. I included some links to some of the more horrific complaints.
