White Movie Awards...

Just imagine the blacks would do if there was a white movie awards. Strange how they can have black this and black that without being racist.

Do they honestly believe that they can't be racist or do they know they are and they just don't care?
 
Yep, well it is sad. I cannot say anything more than that. It is simply sad. I however fully endorse their right to have such an organization. As long as they don't impede anybody else's right to have a similar organization...

Tsotsi wasn't all that great in my opinion. In the local context it was, but not the best ever here either.

I think it is the "Ooh wow it is from AFRICA!" syndrome doing its thing... You have to remember that the folks in the arts are mostly a little gaga and removed from the real world. It is from this circle that you get folks who think giving endless aid to Africa is going to solve anything... Ooh jeesh I am going off on a tangent again. Sorry folks. :)
 
I dig it. I'm going to start the colour movie awards next year, for the folks of colour. :p
It should be better than the Black and the White movie awards put together.
 
Or even the ugly actors in movies awards. Now that would be radical and real and a very short awards evening.
 
Well there is the gay movie festival.. isnt there?

So just keep all the "homosexuals" (you know who im talking about) to one side. And bam, its a lesbain film festival. Im sure they have awards too at the festival, and anyway a festival is way better than awards.
 
Honestly - what can anybody do if we had a White movie festival. or a White only Church... The Blacks have those... Who cares if they call us racists - they are racist themselves - its just a big name throwing contest at the end of the day isnt it ?

To be more acurate - the Gay Film Festival is for both Homosexuals & Lesbians, Gay doesnt mean its just for the guys...

They have a Lesbian effort... its called "Save the whale" :D

True but for stuff other than awards I'm sure you'd have a whole myriad of Human Rights committees etc after you. e.g. in SA there's the "Black Lawyers Association". http://www.bla.org.za/ Launch the white equivalent and I'm sure it won't last long.

Yea you can bet if that was the white movie awards, it would be a major problem and would more than likely be forcefully removed.

All major movie awards are already white movie awards.
White racist history has made it so black people & other minorities will remain in the margins (of everything) for years to come.

This forum's ignorance can make one sick sometimes:sick:
