Hey all,

we'r looking to revamp our existing telephone system, relatively large: 2 stores with various telkom lines and over 25 extensions.

I'm looking for a company who can offer a full turnkey type solution. ie. new phones, hardware, software. Be able to record calls, on hold messages, call stats, etc etc

Any suggestions?

wow this forum looks like a sales and marketing forum where its rare for anyone to give you a direct response in here but you will have to - contact the dude via IM

learning new ropes things are done differently in .co.za
 
I would go with the Connection Telecoms guys.
They're heavily involved in actual Asterisk development, unlike most solutions providers who just use Asterisk to make money, these guys actually contribute something back.
