1-0 to Southend (bottom of the Championship division)
OH dear...Looks like United players have appetite for the bigger competitions. Hope this doesnt affect their performance in the league and champs league.

Even the boy Rooney couldn't get it past a second rate keeper. That must suck. Who said his slump was really over?

Seriously I am just happy that Liverpool started doing something again, I started supporting them in the late 80's and then suffered a decade of torture. Once a red always a red :D

Having some good banter with some Liverpool and chelsea fans on email. On Monday they were moaning about their loss and now they making fun of the United fans. We not moaning because there's no excuse to lose to a very weak side. But they are adamant we are complaining...hahahaha...bunch of idiots.

I must say I do feel a bit sorry for you. I know how you feel. Last year we went down at Crystal Palace and Burnley the year before in the F.A cup. Also we were 3-1 down at Luton in the F.A cup last year.
Would have preferred to have beaten you ourselves but we will take you loosing to Southend(how ironic;) ).

I just want to meet Man U in the champs league so we can watch them whimper home like we watched Chelsea....
Hopefully they don't have to play any really bad teams before then otherwise it will never happen :)
What are the odds of two all British Semi's in the champs league?

But then ManU will beat Liverpool. Look what's happening this season. We can beat Liverpool but not the weak sides. Unless by the time we meet, Liverpool will be a weak side... :)
No need to feel sorry. Bad performance deserves to get punished. It wakes the team up from being too relaxed.

I have not seen Liverpool play that badly for a loooooong time... Hopefully we will put it right in the return leg.
